On December
19th, 2007, the brothers of Kappa Psi contributed to the joy and giving associated with this time of year. Adopting Cub Scout Troop #1301 of Washington, DC's Studio School,Kappa Psi chapter sponsored a toy drive to help make this season an enjoyable one for the cub scouts
Working from a list of gift ideas
prepared by the children themselves, Kappa Psi was able to purchase all of the
gifts requested of us by the cub scouts. The night before the gift giving,
brothers assembled at the school to enjoy an evening of fellowship and to
personally hand wrap the gifts that were purchased.
True to form, the brothers of Kappa
Psi always temper hard work with laughs, jokes, and plenty of fun. In all, the Kappa Psi Toy Drive
for the Studio School's Cub Scout Troop #1301 was an
incredibly fulfilling event that allowed Kappa Psi the opportunity to make
wishes come true for DC area children.
